How does the Adjuvo Community Care at home model work?

You will have a dedicated care team who visit at times agreed with you and your family (where appropriate), ranging from 30 minutes to a few hours. Our care workers will come to your home at the designated time slot to provide your care and support. We provide care 365 days a year, at all times of the day and night, so we can build a package to suit you.

Where do you deliver care at home?

Adjuvo currently delivers community care in and around West Yorkshire primarily in Leeds; we plan to develop more branches throughout 2018/19. To find out if we deliver care at home in your area, please contact us to speak with an Advisor.

How much does it cost?

Adjuvo’s pricing is based on the level of support you require. Once we have completed a no obligation individual care needs review to fully understand your requirements, we will provide you with a competitive and tailor-made quotation. You may be eligible for funding towards your care, dependent on your needs and where you live. Please see direct.gov.uk for further information.

What do I need to do next?

The next stage is for us to meet with you to complete an individual care needs review. This will help us to understand your specific needs and enable us to tailor-make a personal care and support package for you.
